The SeaStar CCX179 Mercury/Mariner 600A XTR Control Cable 22ft delivers precise throttle and gear control for compatible Mercury and Mariner outboards with 600A style mechanical control systems. Whether you’re replacing an existing cable or installing a new control setup, this 22-foot cable helps you achieve smooth, reliable operation every time you take your boat on the water.
Improve Performance with XTR Technology
SeaStar developed the XTR series to reduce friction and improve control response. As a result, you can shift gears more smoothly and operate the throttle with less effort. The cable’s flexible construction also simplifies installation by routing easily through tight spaces and longer cable runs, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of boats.
Built for Long-Lasting Reliability
SeaStar builds this control cable from premium marine-grade materials that stand up to demanding conditions. Corrosion-resistant components help prevent damage from saltwater, while the durable outer jacket protects against UV exposure, abrasion and everyday wear. Consequently, the cable delivers dependable performance season after season.
Fits Mercury and Mariner 600A Control Systems
This 22-foot control cable suits compatible Mercury and Mariner mechanical control systems that require a 600A style XTR control cable. It works well on fishing boats, centre consoles, aluminium boats and commercial vessels that need a longer cable run. Before installation, always check the required cable length and system compatibility.
Choose the SeaStar CCX179 Mercury/Mariner 600A XTR Control Cable 22ft for smooth throttle response, precise shifting and lasting durability. Its low-friction design, flexible construction and marine-grade materials help your control system perform reliably, giving you confidence every time you leave the dock.
