Frequently Asked Questions

Online Ordering

Follow these steps to place your order:

Step 1: Browse our Online Store and select “Add to Cart” for the items you wish to purchase.

Step 2: In the top right hand corner of your screen, select your shopping cart and click “View Cart” to view your order.

Step 3: Choose your shipping method

Step 4: Click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

Step 5: Enter your details.

Step 6: Select your payment method and enter your details.

Step 7: Tick the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” check box (please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to agreeing).

Step 8: Finally, click “Place Order” to process your order.

Step 9: Your order acknowledgement will appear and you will be sent a copy of your order summary and confirmation via email.

For all online orders, Brisbane Marine accepts payments via:

Online payments via Paypal

PayPal allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Not only does PayPal help keep this information private, it guarantees 100% protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account.

Click and Collect

Buy online and pickup instore

Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick your order up from our store. Simple add your items to the shoppping cart and select ‘Click & Collect’ as your preferred delivery method. When you place a Click & Collect order you will receive a confirmation message via email. This will confirm that your order has been received. From there one of our team members will be in contact when your order is ready for collection. Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection, make your way into our store with your photo ID and your order confirmation in hand.

Changing your preferred delivery method

If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstance change please contact us on 07 3889 3033, or by email at partsonline@brismarine.com.au, and one of our friendly team will assist in modifying your order. To assist in your enquiry please ensure you have your order reference number handy. Your order reference number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (i.e. #13689).

$18.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING*
  • $18.00 flat rate shipping is only valid to metro delivery destinations within Australia.
  • The $18.00 flat rate shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  • This offer does not apply to orders containint hazardous and/or bulky / oversized products which incur an additional surcharge.
  • This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery and excludes Click & Collect only items.

Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for the $18.00 flat rate shipping*.
