Will allow for running at idle speeds. Fits Mercury/Mariner 20 hp. and higher outboards, 9.9/15 hp. 4-Stroke (323cc) Bigfoot outboards, all Model Year 2005 and Newer 8/9.9 hp. Four Stroke outboards, 15 hp. 4-Stroke (351cc) outboards, all MerCruiser Sterndrives (except Bravo One Perf. & Blackhawk) and MHP Torque Master gearcases.
