Hydraulic Steering Lock

Steer Stop™ is a simple yet effective method of preventing damage to engine hydraulic steering systems while being trailed. By not allowing the ram to move when the boat is being transported the Steer Stop™ prevents the engine from wind veining and wandering while keeping the engine locked in the forward facing position, helping reduce damage to motor supports and steering systems.

Manufactured from tough PVC and designed to be simply clipped over each side of the hydraulic steering rams, these heavy duty stops are held in place by the virtue of their strong gripping power. Each pair is connected by cord which helps removal and keeps them together when stored. Ideally suited for use with cylinders using a ram of 19mm diameter or more, such as the Dometic SeaStar SeaStar® front mount range of rams. Sold as a pair in clear bright hang sell packaging.
